  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in India.

  • Passing the “O” Level Computer Examination conducted by NIELIT (formerly DOEACC) or an equivalent, recognized certification.

  • A minimum of two years of service in the Territorial Army.

  • A “B” certificate from the National Cadet Corps (NCC).

UP Police SI Online Form 2025 - Documents Required While Filling the Form


  • Photograph - A recent passport-sized colored photograph with a white or light-colored background.

  • Signature - A clear signature on white paper using a black or blue pen.

  • Educational Certificates - Proof of passing 10+2 (Intermediate) or its equivalent from a recognized board or institution. Candidates with higher qualifications can also apply, but they must have valid supporting documents. For more details, refer to the official notification.
